Castellino Sun Dried Tomatoes with Herbs in Oil

Castellino sundried tomatoes are from southern Italy; first hand harvested and then dried in the sun until the water inside the tomato reaches around 30 percent. Ideal for pasta, pizza, salad, and appetizers.
