Castellino Red Pesto

This red pesto is made from Sicilian sun dried tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil and pine nuts. Perfect as a bruschetta mix, pasta sauce, on vegetables or meats.

Ingredients: Sun dried tomatoes, Sunflower seed oil, Basil, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Cheese (Cow’s and sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), Pine seeds, Cashew, Sugar, Walnut, Potato flour, White wine vinegar, Garlic, Acidity correctors: lactic acid.
