The Post Fortune Membership Programme Terms and Conditions Agreement Welcome to The Post Fortune Membership (PFM) programme operated by The Post Fortune Pte Ltd (“The Post Fortune”, “we” or “us”) in Malaysia (the “programme”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By joining and participating in the programme, you agree to be bound by the below terms.
a. All members of the programme must be aged 16 years or over. b. To join the programme, you must have a valid mobile number. It is your responsibility to keep The Post Fortune updated if your mobile number or other contact information changes. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of loyalty dollars (as defined below in clause 3(a)) incurred as a result of out-of-date details. c. Each Member is only entitled to one programme account. The Post Fortune reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time. d. Your membership is for personal use only and we may in our sole discretion refuse any applications or terminate a membership and/or cancel or reduce loyalty dollars at any time if we consider your transactions to be excessive and/or are for commercial or non-domestic purposes or subject to onward sale or delivery. e. The PFM programme, account, card, and loyalty dollars, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of The Post Fortune. f. The PFM programme, account, card, loyalty dollars are only valid for use when shopping in-stores at The Post Fortune stores ONLY.
a. You may collect loyalty dollars and redeem your loyalty dollars when shopping in-stores at The Post Fortune stores ONLY. b. The card and loyalty dollars have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. c. If your membership card is not available or from time to time, we may ask you to prove your identity to ensure that the account is not used fraudulently or otherwise in breach of the terms and conditions, and to ensure the identity of the individual using the account. d. Programme accounts, cards and loyalty dollars cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. e. You can check your loyalty dollars on your membership account online. In case of any inconsistency between the membership points reflected in your membership account and our internal records, the latter shall prevail.
3. Loyalty Dollars
a. For every amount spent on regular-priced items at The Post Fortune in a transaction using your account, you will earn loyalty dollars depending on the product type, as determined by The Post Fortune.

b. Your account will automatically be credited with an amount equivalent to the loyalty dollar. Loyalty dollars earned and/or redeemed will be updated on your The Post Fortune Membership account within 7 days of your transaction. In case of any inconsistency between the loyalty dollars reflected in your membership account and our internal records, the latter shall prevail. c. Unless otherwise indicated, loyalty dollars are earned on purchases for regular-priced items except gift cards, delivery charges and carrier bags. d. Your entire balance of loyalty dollars will expire after 2 years of inactivity. e. All expired loyalty dollars will be forfeited and can no longer be available for redemption. f. Loyalty dollars will be removed from your balance for any transactions with returned or refunded products. g. Loyalty dollars can only be used once towards the partial or full payment of products. h. Loyalty dollars cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated. i. Unless otherwise indicated, Loyalty dollars can be used to purchase any The Post Fortune products, except gift cards, delivery charges or carrier bags.
4. Termination and Expiry
a. The Post Fortune reserves the right to terminate your participation in the programme: (a) if you have not used your account (to collect or redeem loyalty dollars) for a period of 24 months; (b) if The Post Fortune believes that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful; (c) for any behaviour relating to the programme or The Post Fortune that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information; or (d) for any breach of these terms and conditions. b. You can end your participation in the programme at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. c. Upon termination or expiry of your account, all loyalty dollars already accrued or issued will be cancelled.
5. Modification and Termination
a. The programme terms and conditions, member benefits, FAQs, or any other descriptions of the programme are subject to change at any time. b. The Post Fortune further reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the programme at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes, modifications, or termination of any part of the programme or its terms will be effective immediately upon publication of those changes on The Post Fortune website. c. Your continued participation in the programme will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the programme. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop participating in the programme.
6. Personal Information and Marketing
a. We will use your personal information to manage your membership of the programme, for sales and marketing analysis and to personalise your shopping experience (i.e. help in identifying your previous purchases while you are at the store). b. If you have opted-in to receiving marketing from us, we will contact you from time to time to send you marketing communications and keep you up-to-date with our products, promotions and special offers and with general information concerning The Post Fortune. You may unsubscribe from receiving such marketing communications at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link found on any marketing emails from us or by contacting The Post Fortune with your request. c. If you have not opted-in to receive marketing from us, we will only contact you with service information in relation to your account.
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.
