Dom Perignon named after a 17th century Benedictine monk who was an important quality pioneer for Champagne wine.
A rigorous selection process in both the vineyard and winery ensures that only the best grapes go into Dom Pérignon champagne. The final composition changes every vintage: at times a blend in perfectly equal proportions, at times up to 60% Chardonnay or 60% Pinot noir.
