This young Gouda is aged about 7 months, has a rind washed in caramel. The Gouda is made with milk from free ranging, clover eating cows. As with young Goudas, this semi-hard cheese is creamy and with the added caramel, it is slightly sweet. A reasonably-priced cheese, it’s an addictive cheese for children and adults alike!
