Cheese Lapis (Cheddar, Red Leicester and Sage Derby)

Cheese doesn’t need to be serious and strong to be tasty, as this cheese shows.

When we first saw this cheese, it immediately reminded us of a local favourite, kueh lapis. Hence the name we gave it, Cheese Lapis. A blend of Sage Derby, Red Leicester and Cheddar, try each layer individually or combine the flavours in a single, generous mouthful. All the cheeses are generally mild with subtle milky flavours, which makes it a great cheese for beginners!

Either way, it is sure to be a talking point for your cheese board.
